The task of the automobile fuel supply system of fuel engine is to pump the fuel out of the fuel tank through the fuel pump, via automotive fuel filter which filters the impurities and water in the fuel, then enters the fabricated fuel rail. The engine ECU sends fuel injection signals to the fuel injection nozzle according to the output signals of various sensors of the engine, ejects the fuel from the fuel injectors at a certain pressure, mixes it with the clean air obtained through the air filter in the intake manifold in a certain proportion according to the requirements of various working conditions of the engine, finally enters the cylinder, compresses, works and exhausts in the cylinder, to generate engine power.
The auto electric fuel pump sucks the fuel out of the fuel tank, filters out the impurities through the fuel filters and enters the low-pressure fuel chamber of the fuel injection pump. After increasing the fuel pressure, fuel will be transmitted to the fuel injector through the high-pressure fuel pipe. When the fuel pressure reaches a certain value, the fuel injector sprays the fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of mist to form mixed gas and burn. After car auto spares working, the waste gas will be discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust gas recirculation valves.
The task of the automobile fuel supply system is to prepare a certain amount and concentration of combustible mixture according to the requirements of various working conditions of the fuel engine, supply it to the cylinder, and make it ignite, burn and expand to do work near the end of compression.
